I only accept Paypal and US Dollar for international clients

For international clients, I’ll send an invoice via paypal for the commission order. Then after you paid, I’ll start working on the commission.

For locals (Malaysian), please pay me through local banks and provide the payment proof

Also, do note that prices may vary depending on the complexity of the character and background designs

General Terms

Prices are subject to change based on the design's complexity.

I have the right to reject any order if I’m not comfortable with it.

**Process **

The time it takes to finish your commission varies 1 week - 4 weeks depending on factors such as the complexity of the commissioned piece or other work.

The sketch or rough animation will usually be sent in 1 - 2 weeks depending on my work list at that time, I will keep you updated from time to time but please do not hesitate to ask me for updates too.

If you have a specific deadline for the artwork, please let me know beforehand during the early discussion.

Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image in PNG via google drive. Note that there is no physical product.

Revision

Only once which is after I send the coloured sketch to you for approval, please tell me any changes you want me to make at that time. After I start doing the lineart and colouring, you may not ask me for any changes. Additional fee will be charged if you request to change after the lineart and colouring stage.

Art usage

All commission pieces are only allowed for non-commercial uses. You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)

You may NOT mint it as NFT. Using my art and turning it into NFT is strictly prohibited.

You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels but you may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.

I retain rights to my own art, and I may use them for commission samples, portfolios, etc. Terms are subjected to change and they apply for all of my art, old or new.

If you wish to sell the art as merchandise or use it commercially when you had only paid it for personal use, you need to contact me again for the commercial fees and rights.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

The buyer is not allowed a refund once I start working on the commission
